I have not receive my copy of Shredder 5 yet, however, I believe that the cause
for many mistrial of reading the CD can be assossiated with the type of CD-Rom
one may have in the system. Not all CD-Roms are created equal, thus, some
CD-Roms may have difficult reading the copy protection part of the CD which thus
leads to failure to authenticate. Some old models of CD-Roms are not capable of
reading copy protection from CD's. So if that happens, I'd suggest trying a
different model of CD-Rom.
