Didn't the US Constitution thread have that same characteristic?  No insults
or anything.  Just a discussion about why some felt the electoral college
was obsolete, others not.

How to wait a while when demands for termination roll in via moderator
email?  waiting -> inaction -> ignoring a request -> further complaints
-> more waiting -> more inaction -> heated threads demanding action ...
