Uhm if this is are your effective terms then I not see how Amy and
ExChess can legally use that code and be distributed under GPL.

Vincent should be absolutely ok to take the egtb code from either of
those two and use it under the terms of the GPL. (which is probably
not interesting to him as he sells his program) If he cannot legally
do that, Amy and ExChess have a serious licensing problem.

I would appreciate it if you would clear this out Eugene...what
copyright/license rests on the egtb probing code? Do you accept
distribution of your code under terms of the GPL? ( you cannot
ask for written permission in that case )
