You are right. And the thing which really baffles me is that the commercial
stakes in the fight are rather negligible. A storm in the water glass as
Fernando says.

Sure, Marcus' diplomatic capabilities possibly do not qualify him yet to run for
General Secretary of the United Nations. His writings tend to take a somewhat
subjective view here and there whose full wisdom an author of reviewed software
might find difficult to fathom at first glance.

But the circulation of his magazine should be below 400. Its such a hard core
mag that every single subscriber owns every single existing chess program on the
planet anyway. Nevertheless they shell him with interim injunctions like they
are running some kind of legal Tet offensive.
