I now have Crafty running through CP5 as of yesterday. It's nice as all the features of CP5 work nicely for the Winboard engines, especially the analysis options. I get roughly the same solution time as you, 1:04 on an Athlon 900 using most of the 5 piece TBs (I made sure I downloaded the ones with Rook and pawns - very common in chess endings). I'm curious if all TB programs get this position, Nxg3, in a like manner to Crafty? Anyone try Fritz or Junior on this one?
