The flagrancy of your commercial exhortations is assessed by how often they
appear, not how much money you get per copy sold.  Do you realize that you've
mentioned your book in almost every message you've posted since it was
published?

I've never complained about that because 1) your book is excellent, and 2) I
understand that it is a waste of your time to explain something when you've
already done so on your website.  However, I can understand why other people
might get annoyed by it.
