"DarkThought" also prefers Bb5 from the beginning (score = +1.87).

If Nxg4 is not really crushing (at what depth?), I agree on Bb5.

"DarkThought" scores all three moves Nb5, Nd5, and Rad1 as roughly +0.5
but finally prefers Nd5, too (just slightly).

The point of Rxd5 seems to be the king chase, IMHO. After Nf6+ the
black king might still be able to escape (e.g. by O-O-O).

"DarkThought" agrees.

"DarkThought" prefers Qg4 (score = -0.43) at high depths -- I'd probably
drop the position.

"DarkThought" agrees until iteration #13.

Then it fails high on Rf4! with a score of +4.66 (kept until completion
of iteration #15).

"DarkThought" agrees.
