We do have a charter, which is pretty simple to follow, its just that sometimes
the lines become a blur.

The etiqutte is simple, post about computer chess and be nice. You can have
debates with other people but do not personally start to attack them cause you
disagree.

If you have something off topic, but not too off topic, do something like the
following for your Subject heading.

"OFF-TOPIC, I am a loser at playing against Computers"

If you have a problem, use the moderator email mechanism. If you want to post an
issue about moderation, Just add in the Subject heading of your post at the
start something like the following.

"MODERATION - When is enough, enough"

just make sure you have moderation right at the start of the topic Subject
heading.

As for being shy and the like, just ask the questions and hopefully they will be
answered.

Anything to do about chess programming either throw at Bob Hyatt, or Bruce
Morland, they seem to answer many of the chess programming questions around
here.

And start to worship Chessmaster, cause very soon it will dominate the postings
around here.
