After trying a few programs it seems like Be2 and Nd5 are preferred over Rxh5.
The evaluation is about half a point for white in general.

The decisive mistake 21...Ne5 mentioned at KC would be avoided in favour of
21...Qd4 by most programs I think. At least judging by my own experiments.
