I disagree with you here because my references to the book were
never based on commercial intentions. However, I understand now
that it easily looked so for others. This is very unfortunate,
of course -- especially for me.

No, I did not realize it until Andrew Dados told me so in his
post. As I already wrote in my subsequent apology message to
CCC, I deeply regret my insensitivity in this respect.

It seems that I did not realize the problem because I really
do not earn serious money from sales of the book. Hence, the
whole venture of publishing it never represented any
commercial value for me.

Thanks again to all for setting me straight regarding the
bad impressions caused by my many references to the book,
