I think what Tim is looking for is for someone to write the code and submit
it to him for inclusion in a future release of xboard/winboard.  That is how
open-source programs gain in functionality.  I would agree that a single
'winboard' tournament facility would be neat.  I hope that someone decides to
spend the time to write it, as it would make xboard/winboard even more useful.
