Sounds harsh, but you are right, I have seem him write s/thing like that here.

Running out of wits I hereby declare you the winner of the poetry war!

Frederic Freidel correctly pointed out in the German forum that a Limerick
follows a fixed verse rhythm. Well, we didn't quite manage that yet.
