If I understand the translation correctly the match is unfair.
Deep Fritz has only one hour for the moves when the opponent has 23 hours.

The programs that are used by the German chess freaks against Deep fritz have
better chances to win because they can use 23 hours to produce the moves and
even if Deep Fritz has some hardware advantage it is not enough to compensate
for it.

The german chess freaks can use also their brain when Deep Fritz cannout use its
brain because it has no brain.

I think that both sides should have the same time(12 hours or 24 hours per move
if 12 hours per move is too fast for the german players).

In this case the match is fair and the brains of the german chess freaks can
compensate for the hardware advantage of Fritz so in this case I expect equal
chances for both sides.

Uri
