Mr. Fredriksson,

The ICD ChessAssistant also allows you free email game updates.  The only
reason that ICD can give you lower prices are two-fold--volume buying and the
fact that chess software is only 5% of its inventory.

You have probably heard of MSRP in auto and big-ticket items.  The price that
the distributor pays is a fair amount lower than that.  The people that
distribute ChessAssistant are not as diversified as ICD and much smaller.  ICD
could even take a hit on profits if it wanted to in order to bolster sales.
That is why I have been a loyal ICD customer for almost twenty years.

I really don't think that Steve Schwartz and crew would sell you a less than
acceptable product.
