The increment you used is too small considering the quirks of the WinBoard adapter IMHO. Sergio used WinBoard where there's no response problem caused by delay. Just an impression though. I ran a 10'+5'' match against without ponder against Nimzo 8, which ended 25-25. Given the hardware difference, only 800MHz Athlon and no ponder, the timecontrol is similar to your except for the increment. Mogens.
