Hello Jorge!

I dont know anything in particular about Nimzo 8, but definitely the MFC42.DLL
(part of the runtime library for MS C++ ver 4.2) should go into the
Windows\system diretory.

If you have several different versions, this might sure cause some confusion.
Windows will load the first one it finds, the first time any program needs to
use it, looking in the program directory first, then in \Windows and
\Windows\System. The loaded version of the DLL will then be shared among all
library users started later. Which one is actually in use depends (seemingly
randomly) on the order the programs were loaded (including some system
utilities).

I just found four different version on my hard disk... :-)
