I get Qd6 instantly. at .19 seconds it fails high to 5.44 where it
stays forever. a cook and too easy...

I get Rd7 at 19 seconds, eval = +1.13.
prior to that, best move was Ra8 leading to a perpetual
with the Ng8/Nf6 loop. Rb8 seems equal..., at least my
score for both are very close.

yes. Crafty gets Bc4, +1.9. It finds this move at .73 seconds
so it fits the "easy" mold also...

I'd toss it out. I searched Nh6 deeply too and don't see
much difference in the score compared to Qe8...

takes me 11 plies to see this. hard position,
particularly with null-move very happy for the
opponent after tossing the knight on e7.

I agree. If this is the solution, it is also too easy. <.1 seconds for
me to find this...

Qd4 is only +2 for me after 10 plies. Crafty likes this
after 4 seconds... At depth=11, Bd3 is +.5, at depth=12
it fails high to +6

I get the same answer. But again, it shows up
instantly (<.1 seconds) making it too obvious I think.
