If I remember correctly -- now living far away from the chess circles of Long Island -- Larry Tamarkin is one of the managers at the Marshall Chess Club. However, you can find him on Long Island many Monday nights at the Nassau Chess Club in Mineola. Since Tim Mirabile is also a Nassau player, he could give you directions, should you want to visit the club.
