I used to think that Power Chess (from Sierra) had an engine from David
Kittinger, is this true? The CD booklet of the 1st version talks of a "Wchess
engine".

Btw., I definetely know that he did the engine for another lesser kown program,
USCF chess. He is mentioned in the credits. This program had tb access during
the search already, and included the excellent Tasc Chess Tutor for Windows.

AFAIK both programs (Power and USCF) don't run anymore, at least not on my
system with W98, IIRC due to DirectX incompatibilities. But I'm not sure of that
at the moment. The Tutor still runs fine.
