I found this problem (crafty was crashing with pgn headers that had no " " delimiters in them, and someone sent me a "fix" that stopped the crashed, but broke the parsing.) I fixed this but I believe the Mac executable was produced prior to this fix. I just parsed all three books with no problems, other than the normal illegal move messages from medium.zip. But it parsed fine, and made a working book. What is needed is to get word to Carsten to re-compile and send me the new 14.5 executable for the Mac and you will be up and going with the medium book. Don't be alarmed by the error messages, there are lots of bogus moves in those pgn games...
