Subject: SSEChessII v2.04 Released!

Version 2.04 of SSEChessII is finally ready for public consumption.  Well..
maybe not.. but it's still up for download now at http://www.ssechess.com.  :)
I've modified about 1000 things (a list of changes is on the web site), but the
most interesting are the following:

- Copied the evaluation parameters to a text file for user customization
- Added a Static Exchange Evaluator to improve move-ordering
- Fixed up some hashing mistakes to improve hash table usage
- Increased the speed by a good deal (but this was offset by adding SEE)
- Added some knowledge to help the program play KQK, KRK, and KBBK well

I'd love to hear any comments, suggestions, bug reports, match results,
benchmarks, or anything else you have to say about it.  :)
