Well, of course you can add engines to the drop-down lists in the WinBoard startup dialog. I'm not sure exactly what more than that you're asking for; perhaps making that easier, or adding a way to change engines *after* startup, or adding a way to set each engine's own unique parameters in the GUI instead of having to read its own documentation and edit its own config file.
