IMO you should ignore it.
its not worth talking about it.
IMO with all these discussions you make it even more complicated.
you cannot stop ossi from behaving the way he wants.
he is like a small child. and if he wants to do this or that, he does.

the only possible method is: wait a few years.

ossi is a gambler. he likes to bluff and to play.
not only chess. also other games. also games with human beeings.
if you challenge him in playing games, you can only lose IMO.

Challenge him on the chess-board. Play Rxe3 and kill genius !
The only word he understands is when his beloved program loses.
so better concentrate on beating shredder (IF shredder is ossis best horse
in the moment) and not on beating ossi.

i remember when i worked in the schach niggemann company, and
each day guenther got a fax or a letter from ossi or ossi's lawyers.
we all had to stop work, we had to go into the pause-room, somebody made
a coffee for all, and then with holy voice guenther readed loudly what the
fax has written.
we all had to listen. and it was very important for guenther to let all of us
know
what the legal-case/law-case with ossi was.

i think these rituals show that it is a game. like a game of chess.
guenther and ossi played a game (of chess) against each other, only they
used lawyers and strange papers to make a move instead a wooden board.

thats it.
