If the score of chessmaster8000 was +0.47 when Chessmaster wanted to play another move and was changed to +0.55 when Chessmaster8000 changes its mind and decided to play Rd5 then it means that the meaning of +0.47 is +0.47 for black because Chessmaster cannot change its mind to a move with worse score.
