That is the answer! I mean, I have tried CM8000 in both 98SE and Windows 2000.
No problems in W2K - it is very good in not allowing the background program to
take any CPU - but with 98SE it is different.
BTW, you seem to be lucky and your copy of CM runs properly in W2K. My one was
responding instantly at any time control, as if running outside of its GUI.
 Well... you have inspired me for one more try.
