It should be independent from the engine, as it is a part of the GUI. If you're in the board window, and have the position on board you want to store in FEN for copying, press S and a dialog window for setting up positions come up. You can copy the position by "copy FEN" and of course paste a FEN position from the Windows clipboard by "paste FEN". Furthermore if you copied a FEN -say from this message board- in the board window the CTRL-V command should also work, even for complete move listings. Jeroen ;-}
