MTD will NOT work w/ triangular PV structure. I recover the PV through a probe
of the hash table. One gotcha here is that you have to catch cycles, ie the pv
Nf3 Nf6 Ng1 Ng8 Nf3 ... On the other hand, it's a neat way to find out how big a
stack can grow!
