It's no longer Mattel. They were sold and reverted to The Learning Company name.

I'd like to lobby in favor of a "every 30 days or every 30 startups" requirement
to put the CD in the drive. They are obviously going to introduce something, and
that would be acceptable to me, while still giving them adequate protection.
