I had the misfortune of a harddisk crash so i had to format my harddisk and begin all over, my real problem is, that on the same harddisk CM8 installs correctly, but will not run, the same with CM7, whereas CM5500 works fine, i have only had one sys- tem info, and that had to do with the CM8 font file Cm8000ttf, it said that it was used by another program. i have tried everything, but nothing seems to work. By the way i have ordered a new soundcard which has not arrived yet, so cpu is without soundcard, could this be the problem? thanks cohonas
