Tech: Ok first thing, are you sure that when you are trying to access the email, that you are connected to the internet? Caller: Yes of course, I let it dail in , I hear the modem make a bunch of sounds, then I hear a click. Then I go to check the email, and it says the server can't be found instantly. What could be wrong? Tech: Ok let's try to check the email now. Can you click the icon for the email client that you use? And tell me what happens. Also make sure you are connected to the internet. ( A bunch of squealing from the phone.. a couple of clicks...) Caller: Nope still can't recieve my email. Tech: Mam, is this the same phone line you use for the internet? Caller: Yes, why do you ask? Tech: Well you can't be on the phone with me, and be on the internet at the same time with the service that you have. Caller: .................. #$^@#$^@%&%@& ( Click ). hehheh
