A while back I was doing tech Support for a company, and you would not believe how many people would ring up and abuse me for a monitor, printer, scanner, not working. You first ask them is it plugged in, which is met with an arrogant yes. Then after telling them to check, you would not believe how many were not plugged in, and its an quick, "I got it now" or "Oh Sorry" followed by a hang up of the phone. And another great one, is someone trying to write to a write protected disk. Some can also turn on the monitor, but nothing else and wonder why the computer will not turn on. I did not stay in that job for too long, I can only handle so much crap, when most of the time people just will not check what they are doing. My mother is a great one, it's click everything till something comes up. Lets click on MS Word icon six times to open it, so we can have it opened up 3 times.
