To install Rebel8 he put the diskette in...... his cdrom drive. Since this wasn't so easy he pushed and pushed and pushed even harder. Then he called and complaint he could not install Rebel8 and that the diskette was broken and could not be taken out anymore. It took us some time to find out he had put the diskette in the cdrom by force instead of in the diskette station. Since this man lived near to us one of my cooperators went to his home was shocked to see the damage done to his brandnew expensive PC, took the diskette out, installed Rebel8 and left. We never heard from him again but we always have wondered if that was a good sign or not. Ed
