I do not say that it does not win but it is not so simple and you have to
calculate in order to know it.

Black can try to do attack with the queen and the rook and you should analyze to
see if the can not do a perpetual check or a mate attack.

I think that black cannot save the game but I am not sure about it and in a game
I would probably play Rxf4 but only after thinking.

The main problem of black is the fact that it cannot play moves like Qg7 without
preparing it because white can win material.

White can also win by trading queens in many lines and a plan like
Qe8,Rf7,Qf8,Rf1 Ra1 is too slow.

It is possible that they find another idea for white to win.
Did you try to play against them with black?
