Kh6 Ke5 14. Kh5 Kf5 15. Kh4 b2 16. Kh3 Kf4 17. Kh2 b1=Q 18. Kg2 Qe1 19. Kh2 Kf3 20. Kh3 Qh1# All other moves appear to draw.
