We need volunteers who have master skills to help people with their chess skills. There is so much to do and there is so little time. In the mean time we have to spend time answering crappy letters like this. When we started the website, we received a response from someone to improve the clarity of the menu. I personnally resonded, thanking him and we worked hard and fixed the problem!! We still want people to suggest improvements but not in this way!
