I dare say that chess programs for Palm devices is mirroring what happened with PC programs. Now that they are super strong we don't play them much...what's the point... but use them for analysis partners. Remember chess apps on PDAs are used on the go, not as a serious sit-down session. I don't know about you but last time I checked, I sure didn't need anything stronger than 2000 rating while waiting for a train or plane!! I say most of us don't need more strength on PDAs...we need more features, better screens and better grahics. PocketChess 2 does a fair job but doesn't deliver on playing strength. David
