The "human" personalities are only there to give the user a wide variety of
opponents. Many of them use very deep books, many of them do not, and it varies
across the board. Most of the stronger personalities use a deep book, but not
all. Most of the lower personalities have no book or a book that only goes a few
plies, but not all. There are personalities rated less than 600 who use the
CM8000 book! The point is variety.

As for the GMs, their books are based SOLELY on a database of their games. So if
there are no games of a certain line in the database, then that line will not be
present in the opening book. This could be modified, of course, if some concrete
examples could be given.

I doubt, though, that the "human" personalities are going to be changed in any
way.
