What the charter says is one thing, what individuals do is another; you cannot
sign away your rights with this charter sign up.  No court in New York will
enforce this provision.

The charter is really more of a feel good panacea for the hosts and the
moderators.  Legally, it is as valuable as Gore's legal arguments.
