Simply put if you slander or attack someone, the moderators will give you the boot, as for court action being taken from this site, I would only see that happening if the well know commercial programmers use this forum to start spreading lies about another programmer, cause we all know who these programmers are. But if I or most of us slander someone, we will be handled by the moderators rather than a court of law, cause most people are probably not even using their real names. Whereas we know Ed as Ed, and so on.
