That is probably right, and it reminds me of a couple of examples. In our state, at least, a sign "Beware of Dog", instead of reducing culpability, is actually used as proof that you KNEW the dog was dangerous! Also, those disclaimers "Not responsible for damage done by carts" is useless. Sometimes I've thought I would like to have a bumper sticker saying "Not responsible for damage done TO carts"!
