You can add a black rook at b8 for black and I believe that in this case the
computer has no chance and the side that it plays is not important.

The human can win with black by Ra6 and the stupid computer is going to take the
rook and lose the game.

In this case the position is legal(assuming that black lost the right to castle)
because black rooks can be at a8,b8 by the following plan.

a8-b8,a7-a5,e8-d8,h8-e8-e6-a6-a8,d8-e8,c7xb6

Here is a possible test position for chess programs that can happen if I start
with the position with rook at b8

[D]1rb2k2/1p1pRpp1/rp1P3p/pP6/P7/8/5PPP/6K1 w - - 0 1

The target is to avoid bxa6 when almost every move is winning.
