Steven: The nice words are yours, pal. Of course I will take you to a meal or two if you ever come. You must taste our wine and, if you come without your wife, perhaps you can taste other things too, daughters excluded. BTW, the day after I left ICD I realized there were a lot of things I have looked at -while you phoned people and kept your busines running wild- that interested me, but then I forgot to order them due to the talk and the rest. I will let you know after I have reorganized my by now broken budget. :-( Nevertheles, in the meantime try to keep for me that lovely set of marble knights for putting books in between.
