Oh yes - I've been too very busy at the Marshall. 3 weeks ago I tested Gambit
Tiger in the Rapids against some of the club's fine Masters. (It finished 2nd,
after the very tallented young player, Yurij Lapshun). 2 weeks ago I tested
Rebel Tiger individually against more local talent. (It won almost every time),
and now have to finish the review for Ed Schroder. My report will be fun and
include most of the games. 2 weeks ago I played in the rapdids myself, and went
13-0, winning all the games! -:). Last Friday, we had 21 players and 2 sections.
This time in the 'Expert section', I was more 'destructable', and did score
many less points, but did knock off IM Ron Burnett in one game, and hold my own
against most of the other masters in the others. Yes, I've been very busy
trying (somewhat successfully), to improve my game, and be manager of the club
at the same time! 'Being Larry Tamarkin' , has been a blast of late:)

Anyway, Fernando - Next time you're in NY, please give me a call. And of course
you'll always be welcome at the Marshall.
