Hello Fernando,
in Control Panel > Add-Remove Programs >
Click on Internet Explorer 5.5 and Internet Tools
Click on Add-Remove   >>>  there is an option for Explorer to repair
itself.
Also in System Tools >> System Information >>
Click on Tools Tab >> you have the " System Files Checker " at your service.
