1.  If I counted correctly, this match ended dead even, so "much better"
seems to be wrong.

2.  17.14 is not significantly stronger than 17.13 IMHO.  There were a few
minor eval fixes, and a few minor bug fixes.  But I doubt that the difference
between the two is really discernable.

3.  24 games isn't enough to tell much anyway.  you need 10x that many
games to _really_ draw any accurate conclusion...
