You may want to try the Normal utility at the UofPitt site (Normal as freeware and Normal32 shareware) which "cleans" PGN. Extract at the same site is also very good. I'm not sure what else you were looking for but Filemate and PGNEdit, both at the UofPitt site, can display PG with a board. Both are shareware.
