Subject: New FIDE Time Limit

It seems FIDE decided that the time limit, effective 1 January, is 1 hour and 20
minutes for 40 moves and 20 Minutes + 30 sec./move thereafter.  This was decided
December 16th.

My opinion: this is not chess.
