I've analysed the position some minutes ago :
White is not forced to take the rook right here but after some moves :
3..Rh8 4. Kg6 Ke7 5. Kg7 Ke8 6. Kg6 Kf8! and white is in zugzwang (forced to
push his pawns !) and black can repeat this sequence (5. h3 6.Ke7 7. Kg7 Ke8 8.
Kg6 Kf8!, analyzed with help of CHessTiger 13.0)

The winning line is very long

A more rational question is : what program find a score > 1 for white in this
position :

[d] 7r/4k2P/6K1/8/p7/P7/1P5P/8 w - - 0 1
