The Tiger engines are Windows based, the Rebel Century engine is DOS based (arghh!). The GUI for the Chesspatner is acceptable, the problem I have with it is that I cannot increase the size of the Window without some deterioration to the graphics (chessboard and pieces), I use 1280x1024 resolution in my video. I wish that one could increase the size without any deterioration because I'd like to read the fonts and to see the board more. No tablebases support for either Tiger engines or Century, I believe that Lokasoft engine has support for it, besides you can also use Crafty or any Winboard engine with the Chesspatner GUI which supports tablebases. I like the playing style of Gambit Tiger, it reminds me of Bobby Fischer. Regards, Laurence
