Why don't you try disabling your repetition detection code and/or
50 moves rule counter; maybe the bug is there, not in the hash...

Without rep detection, if your hash code is not broken you should
still be able to find the solution in a reasonable amount of time
(around ply 24/25, max 10M nodes I guess); this way at least you
remove a possible noise source.

Maybe it's just a stupid idea, but it's worth a try IMO! :-)
